MADRID, Jan. 4 (Xinhua) -- Borja Iglesias scored early as Espanyol beat Leganes 1-0, snapping the six-game losing streak in the Spanish La Liga league on Friday.
Espanyol enjoyed a good start as Iglesias scored with a header in nine minute into the game. Espanyol forward Leo Baptistao wasted two chances to enhance the lead but kept Leganes from fierce attack by strong defense.
