PARIS, Feb. 24 (Xinhua) -- Greek talent Stefanos Tsitsipas captured his second ATP title in career after overcoming Mikhail Kukushkin of Kazakhstan 7-5, 7-6 (5) in the Open 13 final in southern French city of Marseille on Sunday.

Tsitsipas, the Australian Open semifinalist earlier this year, didn't drop a set en route to his title in Marseille. After holding serve for a 6-5 lead in the opening set, the top seed took advantage of the first break of the match to pave his winning path.

Despite a break midway through the second set, Kukushkin failed to make a comeback when serving for the set at 5-4. After forcing a tie-break, Tsitsipas managed to convert his first match point.

"Winning titles is the thing that I am working for. It is the biggest satisfaction and the biggest joy in tennis," said Tsitsipas, who savored his maiden ATP title in Stockholm last year.

With his latest champion, the 20-year-old Tsitsipas will rise to a career-high No. 11 in the ATP Rankings on Monday.
