China to face South Korea in AFC U-19 Championship 2020 Qualifiers

KUALA LUMPUR, May 9 (Xinhua) -- China will face South Korea in the Asian Football Confederation (AFC) U-19 Championship 2020 Qualifiers after the draw was made here at the AFC House on Thursday.

China are in Group I with the hosts Myanmar, Singapore and 12-time champions South Korea.

46 teams were divided into two zones with 25 teams in the West Zone and 21 in East, and subsequently drawn into 11 groups.

Besides, the AFC U-16 Championship 2020 Qualifiers also held the draw on Thursday. 47 teams were divided into East and West zones with a total of 11 groups.

China were in Group G with the hosts Indonesia, Brunei, the Philippines and the Northern Mariana Islands.
